Comfort Fincap Ltd approves stock split

The Board of Directors of Comfort Fincap Ltd at its Meeting held on Friday, February 03, 2023 have, considered and approved the proposal for alteration in the share capital of the Company by sub-division / split of the existing One (1) equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each into Five (5) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each and subject to approval of the shareholders and such authorities as maybe required.
