Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd to establish second unit at Arasur, Coimbatore

The Board of Directors of Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited at their meeting held on 3rd February 2023 have accorded their approval for establishment of Second Factory Unit at a leased premises near the existing factory at Arasur, Coimbatore to meet the production requirements of the Company.

The second factory unit is proposed to be established measuring around 15,000 square feet. The expenses to be incurred for the establishment of second factory unit is to be met from the internal accruals of the Company. The Company shall inform upon the commencement of operations at the second factory unit.
