Maan Aluminium Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Maan Aluminium Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, the 02nd day of February, 2023, has approved the declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.00/- (i.e. @ 10%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed 16th day of February, 2023 as the "record date" for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.
