Maruti Suzuki announces sales of 172,535 units in January 2023

Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold a total of 172,535 units in January 2023. Total sales in the month include domestic sales of 151,367 units, sales to other OEM of 3,775 units and exports of 17,393 units.

The shortage of electronic components had a minor impact on the production of vehicles, mainly in domestic models.

The Company took all possible measures to minimise the impact.

Shares of Maruti Suzuki India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8891.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8818.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17792 in over 4237 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8940.00 and intraday low of 8822.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 158255786.00.
