KPIT Technologies Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.45

The Board of directors of KPIT Technologies Limited has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.1.45/- per equity share (i.e.14.5 %) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2022-23, to be paid to the members of the Company within stipulated time from the declaration by the Board, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules made thereunder.

The Record Date has been fixed as Friday, February 10, 2023 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members for payment of interim dividend.
