HIL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of HIL Ltd at its meeting held today has, declared interim dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 200%) for the financial year 2022-23.

The board has fixed Monday, February 6, 2023 as record date and the said interim dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in Register of Members (both physical & electronic mode) as on Record date. Payment of the said interim dividend will be processed within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of HIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2507.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2629.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1648 in over 634 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2629.00 and intraday low of 2462.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4222930.00.
