Indraprastha Gas Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Indraprastha Gas Ltd in its meeting held today, has declared interim dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs. 3.00 per share (Face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23. The record date for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the aforesaid interim dividend shall be February 7, 2023 (Tuesday).

Shares of Indraprastha Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 413.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 423.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30645 in over 1766 trades.
