Ambuja Cements Ltd forms shipping subsidiary

Ambuja Cements Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in the name of "AMBUJA SHIPPING SERVICES LIMITED" on 3rd January, 2023.

The new company is incorporated for Business of operating Ships and yet to commence its business operations.
