Ashapura Minechem Ltd to consider preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ashapura Minechem Ltd is scheduled to be held on 2nd January 2023, to consider, issue of approx. 40,40,000 (Forty Lakhs Forty Thousand) Warrants on Preferential basis, which would be converted into or exchanged with Equity Shares at a later date, to the Promoters / Promoters Group and/or Associates of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders by way of postal ballot proposed to be held in this regard.
