Bank of Maharashtra allots Rs. 880 crore worth bonds

Bank of Maharashtra has allotted Basel III Compliant Additional Tier 1 (AT1) Bonds amounting to Rs.880/- crore (Rupees Eight Hundred and Eighty Core only) to 09 allottees on 26.12.2022 upon receipt of application money.

The said Bonds will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE Limited.

Shares of Bank of Maharashtra was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7334339 in over 14183 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.00 and intraday low of 25.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 205242119.00.
