CRISIL updates on rating of Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd

CRISIL Ratings has assigned its 'CRISIL AA+/Stable' rating to the corporate credit facility of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL; formerly Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (erstwhile MSSL)). CRISIL Ratings has also reaffirmed its 'AA+/Stable/CRISIL A1+' ratings on the bank loan facilities.

Shares of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 66.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 920243 in over 4723 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 68.30 and intraday low of 66.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 61654669.00.
