ZIM Laboratories Ltd allots 3,24,83,876 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of ZIM Laboratories Ltd in their meeting held on 23rd December, 2022 have allotted 3,24,83,876 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as fully-paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of two equity shares for every existing one equity share, to eligible Members whose names appear in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on 22nd December, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
