Global Offshore Services Ltd has sold its vessel M.V.Mana, which contributed to 10.33 % of the Company's turnover for the year ended 31st March, 2022 to GMS Mana Offshore Ltd., on 20.12.2022 pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed on 2nd August, 2022 at a price of USD 3.00 million.
