The Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors of Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, December 16, 2022 has, approved an issuance of 570 (Five Hundred and Seventy) Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Non-Cumulative and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) NR Denominated), each having a face value of Rs 1,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 5,70,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Crore Seventy Lakh Rupees) (Tranche I) on a private placement basis.
