Adani Transmission Limited has incorporated its WOS in the name of Adani Cooling Solutions Limited ("ACSL") on 12th December, 2022 with an initial authorised and paid up share capital of Rs.1,00,000/- each, for the purpose of carrying on District Cooling System business. ACSL will commence its business operations in due course.
