Supreme Petrochem Ltd fixes Jan 6, 2023 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Supreme Petrochem Ltd, vide their Circular Resolution dated 09/12/2022, have fixed the record date as Friday, 6th January 2023 for the purpose of sub-division / split of the face value of the equity shares of the Company from existing Rs. 4 (Four) per share paid up to Rs. 2 (Two) per share paid up.
