Saurashtra Cement Ltd updates on paint unit at Gotan, Rajasthan

Saurashtra Cement Ltd has announced that one of the paint production unit of the company situated at Gotan, Rajasthan has been shut down for the purpose of conducting technical / operational due diligence, carrying out repairs and replacement of the old machinery. The production at the said factory shall be discontinued till the time the necessary repair / replacement of the old machineries is not completed.

Meanwhile, the market demand is being catered by the other units of the paints division.

Shares of SAURASHTRA CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 61.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39610 in over 287 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 62.40 and intraday low of 60.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2443358.00.
