Piramal Enterprises Ltd to consider raising funds through NCDs

A meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of Piramal Enterprises Limited will be held on Thursday, 1st December, 2022, to consider and approve the issue of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 50 crores along with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 200 crores, the total size aggregating up to Rs. 250 crores, on a private placement basis.

Shares of Piramal Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 820.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32468 in over 2176 trades.
