Fusion Micro Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 145 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of Fusion Micro Finance Limited in its meeting held on Monday, the 28th day of November 2022 has approved the proposal to raise funds by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures, aggregating up to INR 145 crores, on private placement basis.

Shares of Fusion Micro Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 375.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 361.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 170551 in over 7359 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 378.40 and intraday low of 361.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63140937.00.
