Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has executed Term Sheet on 28th November, 2022 for sale of industrial land bearing R.S. / Block No. 38, at Village Bhadkodra, Taluka Ankleshwar, District Bharuch admeasuring 19,200 Sq. meters being the remaining surplus immoveable properties of Ankleshwar unit of the Company, for lump sum sale consideration of Rs. 5,11,75,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Eleven Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand only). The Sale Deed will be executed as per the terms & conditions of the above referred Term Sheet.
