Precision Wires India Ltd fixes Dec 22, 2022 as record date for 1:2 bonus issue

Precision Wires India Limited has announced that Thursday, 22nd December, 2022 is fixed as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 2 (Two) fully paid up existing equity share of Rs. 1/- each held, subject to the approval of Members which is being obtained by way of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting. The result of Postal Ballot will be declared on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022.
