Global Offshore Services Ltd updates on sale of vessel M.V.Lachung

Pursuant to an agreement with the prospective Buyer as named below and a resolution passed by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10 November, 2021, the Company has sold its vessel M.V.Lachung, to Huashun Shipping (Liberia) Inc on 224 November, 2022 for a price of USD 4,471,300.00.

The said Buyer is in no way related to the Company or its Promoters / Promoter Group/ Group Companies and therefore, the transaction does not fall under the purview of a related party transaction.

The said Vessel contributed to 4.85 % of the Company's turnover for the year ended 31st March, 2022.

Shares of GLOBAL OFFSHORE SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31619 in over 117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.90 and intraday low of 55.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1800021.00.
