Ransomware attack on Take Solutions Ltd's ERP

Take Solutions Ltd has announced that on November 3, 2022, there was a ransomware attack on its ERP hosted with a third-party cloud service provider. While the financial records are intact, the hackers have encrypted the folders containing the attached documents to the books of account. The technical team as well as the management of the Company is trying to expeditiously resolve the issue.

However, this incident has affected the ongoing audit of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.

Regulation 33(3)(a) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 requires the Company to submit its Quarterly financial results to the stock exchanges within 45 days of end of each quarter other than the last quarter. Accordingly, the Company is required to present the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022, on or before November 14, 2022.

Due to the above-mentioned incident, the Company has announced that there would be an unavoidable delay of two weeks in the submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022, beyond the statutory timelines mentioned in SEBI LODR.

The company has requested the exchanges to take cognizance of the extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the Company and its management leading to the delayed submission of the financial results.

Shares of Take Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16144 in over 286 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 24.60 and intraday low of 24.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 391605.00.
