Dhani Services Ltd allots 22 lakh shares under ESOS

Today i.e. October 29, 2022, Dhani Services Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 22,00,000 (Twenty Two Lacs) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under 'Dhani Services Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008' of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 121,62,96,148.40 divided into 60,32,59,386 fully paid up Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each and 88,88,524 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, paid up Rs. 1.10 each.
