Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) and Dassault Aviation Pvt Ltd have entered into an MoU for Integration of BDL Weapon Systems like Astra & Smart Anti-Airfield Weapon on Rafale Aircraft for Indian Armed Forces and future export market.
BDL and IIT, Ropar have entered into MoU to work on joint research projects and technology development for all missiles and underwater weapons.
In addition to above, BDL has also signed MoU with other organizations which include Ashok Leyland Defence Systems Limited, Mahindra Defence Systems, Newspace Technologies etc.
The MoUs were exchanged with the respective Companies in the presence of Hon'ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh during the Bandhan Ceremony held on the side lines of Defexpo - 2022 at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Commodore Siddharth Mishra (Retd), CMD, BDL stated that MoUs signed with the new partners would pave way for greater cooperation between the companies.
Shri P Radhakrishna, Director (Production) signed the MoUs on behalf of BDL. Shri N Srinivasulu, Director (Finance), Dr Upender Vennam, Chief Vigilance Officer, Commodore A Madhavarao (Retd), Executive Director (Mktg) and other senior officials of the Company were present on the occasion.
Shares of Bharat Dynamics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 956.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 921.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 193636 in over 8303 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 960.00 and intraday low of 924.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 183734206.00.
