Vascon Engineers Ltd receives Letter of Intent for Redevelopment Project

Vascon Engineers Limited has strengthened its Mumbai presence by signing its 1st Redevelopment Project for Ohm Sainath Cooperative Housing Society located at Santacruz (West) with a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square feet.

The said project is located in a strategic location on the main Linking Road being wellconnected to the Airport, Railway Station etc. Lying with the Western Express Highway on one side & Juhu Beach on the other, it is known for its excellent social infrastructure and is abode of high net worth individuals.

The Company is expecting to complete the project in about 3(three) years and also generate total revenue of more than Rs. 225 crores.

Shares of Vascon Engineers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143031 in over 1237 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.75 and intraday low of 27.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4009653.00.
