Maharashtra Seamless Limited recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Maharashtra Seamless Limited at its meeting held on 17 October 2022, has considered and recommended Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) Bonus Equity Share against 1 (one) existing Equity Share, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Record Date will be announced in due course.
