Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited at its meeting held today had, declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- (100%) per Equity Share (of the face value of Re.1 each) for financial year 2022-23, subject to deduction of tax at source.

The board has fixed, Thursday, 28th October, 2022 as the Record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive 2nd Interim Dividend for financial year 2022-23. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 8th November, 2022.

Shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 116.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27374 in over 636 trades.
