Navoday Enterprises Ltd Board recommends Bonus Issue

The board of directors of NAVODAY ENTERPRISES LIMITED at its meeting held on Wednesday, 12th October, 2022 at 05.30 p.m. to 06.30 p.m. at the registered office of the Company B713, 7th Floor, Crystal Plaza, New Link Road opposite Infinity shopping Mall, Andheri West Mumbai-400053, has recommended for issue upto 38,54,000 (Thirty Eight Lacs Fifty Four thousand Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as bonus shares of an aggregate nominal value upto Rs. 3,85,40,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Eighty Five Lacs Forty Thousand Only), as bonus shares to the shareholders out of the Securities Premium Account of the company for distribution among the holders of existing fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the company.
