A Meeting of Board of Directors of The Sukhjit Starch and Chemicals Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 14th day of October, 2022 to, consider the sale / transfer of land, building & other fixed assets at Sarai Road, Phagwara relating to the closed unit of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company through Postal Ballot / in the Extra ordinary General Meeting, in consonance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Company had stopped its operations / manufacturing activities at Phagwara Unit after the commissioning of the New Unit of the Company (with higher capacities) at Rehana Jattan, Phagwara (outskirts of Phagwara City).
