Steel Strips Wheels Ltd updates on promoter's pledged shares

The promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 19594804 equity shares in steel strips wheels Limited, which is 62.60% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 3441230 equity shares were pledged which is 10.99% of total paid up capital of the company and 17.56% of total promoter shareholding.

On 30.09.2022, 375000 shares were pledged. Further, on 1.10.2022 & 3.10.2022, 732524 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 3083706 which is 9.85% of the total paid up capital of the company and 75.74% of the total promoter shareholding.
