Goa Carbon Ltd to consider rights issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Goa Carbon Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, to consider matters related to raising of funds through issue of equity shares of the Company on rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company and other matters related / incidental thereto including the constitution of a Rights Issue Committee to implement the proposal of Rights Issue.
