Aegis Logistics Ltd approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. September 13, 2022, have considered and approved 2nd Interim Dividend of 100% i.e. Re. 1 (Rupee One) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- during the financial year 2022-23 and has fixed September 23, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before October 11, 2022.
