NILE Ltd approves Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 40 crores to subsidiary

The Board of Directors of NILE Ltd have approved to provide Corporate Guarantee up to an aggregate sum of Rs 40,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crores only) on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Nile Li-Cycle Private Limited, to Axis Bank Limited.
