Star Housing Finance opens new office in Udaipur

Star Housing Finance Limited (Star HFL) (BSE Scrip code: 539017), a rural focused HFC has relocated its office to a new address. Star HFL shall now operate from 1179, 2nd Floor, Sector 11, Opp. Agarwal Dharamshala, Udaipur 313001. This office is being planned to act as a zonal office for Rajasthan. This office shall act as a central hub for all other operational locations in the state and shall be equipped to handle larger volumes as the company plans to grow its book through the next 24-36 months.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ashish Jain, MD of Star HFL said "We are happy that the growth in business has resulted in us getting shifted to a bigger and better premises. Shifting to a new location altogether also furthers our standalone identity and our aspirations to grow as an independent professionally run company. This office shall accommodate zonal staff and also has been equipped with necessary infrastructure to act as a central hub for business operations in Rajasthan."

Star HFL is now a multi-state operational housing finance company with an overall staff strength of 120+ employees. The company started its journey from a small set up in Udaipur to now being headquartered in Mumbai. More than a decade of operational history in Udaipur has resulted in HFC penetrating reasonably in an around Udaipur. The new premises which shall act as a zonal hub would enable further penetration in the state and will be digitally connected with rural / semi-urban operational locations. Mr. Ashish Jain further added Star HFL looks forward to grow its AUM backed up solid processes and risk framework. The business philosophy shall continue to be that of being credit enablers to first time home EWS / LIG home buyers in rural geographies. Our catered rural products shall further enable us to meet the housing finance requirement for our borrower segment in Rajasthan.
