Yug Decor Ltd Board recommends 1:2 Bonus Issue

The board of directors of Yug Decor Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended bonus issue in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 2 (Two) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held as on the Record Date to be determined.

The Pre-Bonus Issue Paid up Bquiry Share Capital as on date is Rs. 4,16,97,660 consisring of 41,69,766 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Post Bonus Issue paid-up Equity Share capital will be Rs. 6,25,46,490 consisting of 62,54,649 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Yug Decor Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44000 in over 11 trades.
