A meeting of the Board of directors of Gorani Industries Ltd will be held on Friday, 19th August, 2022 to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between Blow Hot Kitchen Appliances Private Limited ("Transferor Company") and Gorani Industries Limited ("Transferee Company") subject to necessary approval / consents / sanctions and permissions of the shareholders and / or creditors of the Company and others as may be applicable.
