Power Finance Corporation Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held on 12th August, 2022 have considered and approved the declaration of interim dividend @ Rs. 2.25/- (Rupees Two paisa twenty five only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2022-23.

Saturday, 3rd September, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23. The date of payment / dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be on or before 11th September, 2022.

Shares of Power Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 120.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 119.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 252779 in over 2281 trades.
