Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has sold Coimbatore unit for Rs. 13 crores

The Board of directors of Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has approved sale of Coimbatore unit. The Company has sold the factory land & building/structure situated at Coimbatore unit at total consideration amounting to Rs.13,00,05,000/- vide Sale Deed dated 3rd August, 2022.

The Company shall use the sale proceeds towards greenfield embroidery facility at Shree Ganesh Textile Park, Degaon, Dhule, Maharashtra.

Shares of Pioneer Embroideries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 45.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2201 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.45 and intraday low of 45.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100825.00.
