Speciality Restaurants Limited acquires 100% of Speciality Hotels India Pvt Ltd

Speciality Restaurants Limited (the "Company") acquired 100% of the Equity Share Capital of the Target Company on August 2, 2022 at an aggregate consideration amounting to 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only). The Company has acquired 100% of the issued and paid up Equity Share Capital of the Target Company.

Pursuant to the above acquisition of equity shares, Speciality Hotels India Private Limited is now a Wholly Owned subsidiary company of the Company.

Shares of Speciality Restaurants Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 191.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 187.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30292 in over 1194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 194.20 and intraday low of 185.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5740520.00.
