PNC Infratech Ltd signs Concession Agreement with NHAI for a HAM Project in UP

PNC Infratech Limited has announced the signing of Concession Agreement between National Highways Authority of India and the Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the Company for implementation of the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project, on 28 July 2022.

The project is for improvement and upgradation of existing road to 4 lane with paved shoulders, from end of Hardoi bypass to end of Hardoi district of NH-731 (Pkg-III) in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Hardoi Highways Private Limited is the SPV that will execute the project with bid cost of Rs. 864 crores.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 251.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 251.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1786 in over 160 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 258.00 and intraday low of 250.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 450218.00.
