D B Corp Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of D B Corp Ltd at its Meeting held on 28th July, 2022 has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity Share of face value ('FV') of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @30% of FV) for the Financial Year 2022-23 [subject to Tax Deducted at Source].

The board has fixed the record date as August 10, 2022 for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for F.Y. 2022-23. The dividend will be paid on or before August 23, 2022.
