Saven Technologies Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Saven Technologies Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share (representing 100%) on the equity share of Re.1/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2022-23.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 23.08.2022.

The Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend 2022-23, is fixed as on 05th August, 2022.
