Coforge Ltd declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 13 for FY23

The Board of directors of Coforge Ltd has declared first interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen only) per Equity Share of the Company with face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23.

The Board has fixed August 04, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 1st interim Dividend.
