Kallam Textiles Ltd allots 99,91,187 Rights Equity Shares

In terms of the Letter of Offer of Rights Issue dated May 27, 2022 and in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Kallam Textiles Ltd has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., July 15, 2022, approved the allotment of 99,91,187 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- for cash at a price of Rs. 10/- (including premium of Rs. 28/-) ("Allotment")

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 8,56,38,750/- (consisting of 4,28,19,375 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 10,56,21,124/- (consisting of 5,28,10,562 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of Kallam Textiles Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.39 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.56. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28600 in over 190 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.89 and intraday low of 10.21. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 300742.00.
