LIC dilutes stake in Mukand Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India's shareholding in "MUKAND LIMITED" has diluted from 72,28,076 to 43,70,271 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 5.112% to 3.091% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

Mukand Ltd is engaged in manufacturing of special alloy steel, billets, bars, rods, EOT cranes, material handling equipment and other industrial machinery and comprehensive engineering services.

Shares of Mukand Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 105.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53516 in over 131 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 106.70 and intraday low of 104.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5568436.00.
