HKG Limited acquires sugar mill, ethanol plant through auction

HKG Limited have successfully participated in the auction conducted towards Shri Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Limited, udapudi on 11.07.2022 to acquire Sugar Mill, Co-Gen Plant, Ethanol Plant, Office Building, Godown and Guest House from The Belagavi District Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd (Bank) and Bank has awarded us in-principle letter dated 11th July, 2022 for the same.

Shares of HKG Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.34 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30227 in over 95 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.47 and intraday low of 12.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 368594.00.
