J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd JV receives LoA from BMC for Rs. 342.60 crores order

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has received Letter of Acceptance, M/s. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (Mumbai Sewage Disposal Project) for the work as under:

Design, Build and Commissioning of Priority Sewer Tunnel - Phase I from Don Bosco to New Malad IPS with Segment lining method amounting to Rs. 571,01A1,320/- (Rupees Five Seventy-One Crores One Lakh Forty-One Thousand Three Twenty Only) inclusive of all taxes, in the name of M/s. J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited - M/s. Michigan Engineers Private Limited (Joint Venture) where the share of M/s. J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited is 60% (Sixty) percent which comes to approximately Rs. 342,60,84,792/- (Rupees Three Forty-Two Crores Sixty Lakhs Eighty-Four Thoysand and Seven Hundred and Ninety-Two Only) inclusive of all taxes.

Shares of J.Kumar Infraprojects Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 287.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 288.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123799 in over 3567 trades.
