Globus Spirits enters into agreement with Tilaknagar Industries Ltd

Globus Spirits Limited (GSL) has entered into an arrangement for strategic, technical, manufacturing and marketing tie-up with the aim to offer an integrated service to operate the plant at the envisaged rated capacity of 140 KLPD distillery asset owned by Tilaknagar Industries Ltd (TIL) located at Shrirampur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (Distillery Asset).

Under this arrangement, GSL will be providing various services starting from engineering to ongoing operations, maintenance, and marketing services. This arrangement has been made effective via services agreement dated 30th June 2022.

Shares of Globus Spirits Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 916.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 930.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19570 in over 2107 trades.
