Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited has executed and registered a Deed of sale on 27th June, 2022, effecting the sale of the Company's land situated at Janakipuram Village, Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, situated within the Registration Sub District of Maduranthakam and Registration District of Chengalpattu, for a consideration of Rs. 11,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Only) on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

The buyer is a third-party buyer who does not belong to the Promoter / Promoter Group / Group Companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
